A NEW PLATFORM FOR DIALOGUE BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE

On 11 September this year, a representative of the Training and Development Center of JSC “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” visited the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

During the visit, a meaningful dialogue was held with students on the role of insurance in today’s economy, emerging professional areas within the industry, and the opportunities available to young specialists.

⏺ Particular attention was paid to combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience, expanding students’ financial and insurance literacy, and familiarising them with the current requirements of the labour market.

💡 During the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask questions directly to an industry representative, gain a broader understanding of the activities of an insurance company, and learn more about professional growth opportunities in the insurance sector.

⚡️ Such meetings help strengthen the connection between education and practice, while supporting young people in making informed career choices and discovering new opportunities.
