COOPERATION WITH YOUNG PEOPLE — A NEW STEP TOWARDS DEVELOPING PROMISING TALENT!

On September 9 of this year, representatives of KAFIL-SUG‘URTA JSC visited the International School of Finance Technology and Science (ISFT).

As part of the visit, an open discussion and a master class were organized for the institute’s students. During the event, the participants received detailed information about the importance of the insurance industry today, current trends in the sector, opportunities for professional growth, and the skills that are in demand in the labour market.

◾️ One of the key objectives of the meeting was to increase students’ interest in the insurance industry, enrich their theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and support young people who are interested in building their future careers in this field.

The students were also introduced to career and professional development opportunities at KAFIL-SUG‘URTA JSC, the conditions created for young professionals, and the important role of knowledgeable and proactive specialists in the company’s activities.
