OPEN DIALOGUE WITH YOUNG PEOPLE — AN IMPORTANT STEP TOWARDS FUTURE PROFESSIONALS!

On 8 September of this year, U. Djanturaev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of KAFIL-SUG‘URTA JSC and Director of the Human Resources Department, together with Sh. Mamadaliyev, Junior Assistant to the Manager of the Professional Development Center, visited the Tashkent Institute of Management and Economics.

As part of the visit, a master class and open dialogue were organized for students admitted for the new academic year, as well as other students of the Institute.

During the meeting, U. Djanturaev provided detailed information about the current role and importance of the insurance industry, modern opportunities within the sector, and prospects for professional development.

Particular attention was paid to increasing young people’s interest in insurance, encouraging them to gain knowledge and practical experience in the field, attracting promising students to the company, and introducing them to future career opportunities.

💬 During the master class, students received detailed answers to their questions, had the opportunity to engage directly with industry representatives, and gained a closer understanding of the practical aspects of insurance.
