KAFIL-SUG‘URTA JSC continues systematic work aimed at reviewing insurance claims, processing insurance compensation payments, conducting financial and legal analysis, preventing fraudulent cases, and improving the efficiency of regional branches.

According to the reported data, during the first quarter of 2026, the company received a total of 2,427 insurance claims, of which 2,417 were reviewed by the Committee.

In particular:
➡️ decisions were made to pay insurance compensation totaling 16.8 billion UZS for 2,358 clients;
➡️ insurance compensation payments amounting to 12.9 billion UZS were completed;
➡️ the ratio of paid compensations to received claims reached 97.6 percent.

According to the analysis, despite the increase in the number of claims, the total volume of insurance payments decreased by 18.7 percent compared to the same period of 2025. This demonstrates strengthened financial stability and improved efficiency of internal control mechanisms.

In addition, as a result of legal and financial analysis, 59 unfounded claims were rejected, preventing unjustified insurance compensation payments totaling 3.3 billion UZS.

Efforts aimed at preventing fraud in the insurance sector, strengthening legal control, improving the quality of regional branch operations, and introducing modern digital systems are being consistently continued.

KAFIL-SUG‘URTA JSC will continue its activities based on the principles of legality, impartiality, and efficiency in reviewing customer appeals, ensuring financial stability, and maintaining transparent and reliable operations.
