Modern Approaches in Islamic Finance Discussed

On May 16 of this year, “Hayot Bank Qadriyatli” organized an international conference titled “Islamic Banking in Uzbekistan: New Opportunities for Business.”

During the event, participants exchanged views on the prospects for the development of Islamic finance in Uzbekistan, its legal foundations, and its practical significance. Important topics related to Islamic banking, takaful, sukuk, and Islamic deposits were widely discussed.

International experts also highlighted global experience in the field, the role of Islamic finance in ensuring economic stability, and the opportunities for further development of the sector in Uzbekistan.

Representatives of JSC «KAFIL-SUG‘URTA» actively participated in the conference, including Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Director of the Insurance Services Development Department, Mo‘minov Farxad Azimovich, as well as Muzaffar Egamberganov.
