Meetings focused on practical engagement and professional orientation for students continue

“Workshop” meetings with representatives of “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC were organized at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, the Samarkand branch of Tashkent International University of Chemistry, and the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics.

During the meetings, students received detailed information about modern areas of activity in the insurance sector, opportunities to strengthen theoretical knowledge through practical experience, the organization of pre-graduation internships, and the opportunities being created for starting a professional career in the field.

Special attention was also given to the “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA Grant” competition, paid and unpaid internship programs, support for young professionals, and encouragement of innovative ideas and initiatives.

The events were actively attended by J. Musayev, Director of the Samarkand Regional Branch of the company, Sh. Mamadaliyev, Junior Assistant Manager of the Professional Development Department, and U. Pirimqulov, Assistant Manager of the “Sarbon” branch.

Such meetings play an important role in enhancing students’ practical skills, expanding their professional knowledge, and guiding them toward their future careers.
