Competition Procedure

“KAFIL-SUG‘URTA GRANT”

The competition is organized to support talented students studying at higher education institutions across the country and to enhance their knowledge and skills in economics, finance, and information technologies.

Students of bachelor’s and master’s programs (full-time education) of higher education institutions in the Republic are eligible to participate.

The competition consists of two stages.

Stage 1

Candidates must submit the following documents from May 1 to May 30 via email: tanlov@kafil.uz:

• CV (resume);
• copy of Academic Transcript.

All submitted documents will be reviewed by the комиссии within 5 working days, and candidates will be shortlisted based on the following criteria:

• high academic performance;
• language proficiency;
• subscription to the official social media pages of “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” (Telegram and other platforms).

Stage 2

The second stage will be held from June 1 to June 10 in both online and offline formats as an oral interview.

During the interview, the following will be evaluated:

• level of knowledge;
• analytical thinking;
• interests and future plans;
• personal qualities.

The candidate’s willingness to pursue a career in the company will also be taken into account.

Selection Criteria

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• international certifications (such as ACCA);
• Big Data skills;
• IELTS or other language certificates;
• participation in national or international олимпиады.

Results

Winners of the competition will:

• receive a scholarship of a specified amount;
• have the opportunity to undertake an internship or start their career at the company.

The results will be announced on the company’s official website and social media platforms, as well as through higher education institutions.
