A practical approach is a key stage of professional development

As part of the established cooperation between KAFIL-SUG‘URTA JSC and the Tashkent University of Applied Sciences, another training session was organized for students.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board, Director of the Human Resources Department — Umid Djanturaev, as well as Junior Assistant Manager of the Training Center, Sh. Mamadaliyev.

During the session, students became familiar with operational processes in the insurance sector, gained insights based on the practical experience of specialists, and strengthened their knowledge through real-life examples.

These sessions are conducted on a regular basis, ensuring a strong connection between education and practical experience. KAFIL-SUG‘URTA JSC will continue to prioritize engagement with students through practical interaction.
