Student Employment and Financial Literacy — A Practical Approach

“KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC consistently implements initiatives aimed at engaging with youth. In this context, an open meeting with students was organized at the Andijan branch of Kokand University.

🇺🇿 The event was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Djanturaev Umid Muhammadusupovich, as well as the Head of the Andijan branch, Umidjon G‘ofurov.

During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:

➡️ pathways to starting a career in the insurance sector
➡️ the importance of improving financial literacy

Participants were also provided with detailed information about the activities of “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC, available opportunities within the company, and career directions offered to young people.

The open dialogue format allowed students to receive answers to their questions and gain a clearer understanding of their future professional paths.
