Strengthening Cooperation with Future Professionals

Preparing specialists equipped with modern knowledge and practical skills is a key factor of sustainable development. Therefore, expanding effective cooperation with educational institutions is of strategic importance.

A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” and Toshkent amaliy fanlar universiteti (Tashkent University of Applied Sciences).

The agreement aims to support the professional development of young people, familiarize students with the practical aspects of the insurance sector, and create concrete opportunities for promising graduates.

Within the framework of cooperation:

➡️ roundtable discussions with industry specialists will be held;
➡️ opportunities to engage talented youth in the company’s activities will be considered;
➡️ practical experience that strengthens theoretical knowledge will be developed.

This memorandum will enhance cooperation between the educational institution and the employer, support youth employment, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline in the insurance sector.
