Knowledge is a solid foundation of effective management.

To enhance professional knowledge and management skills, the directors of the regional branches of JSC “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” participated in advanced training courses.

The training program was developed by the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for mid-level management employees. It is aimed at deepening legal knowledge and developing management practices based on modern approaches.

The participants were:

Director of the Kashkadarya Regional Branch — Adham Davronovich Xalikov
Director of the Navoi Regional Branch — Zafarjon Ergashovich Turayev
Director of the Fergana Regional Branch — Muzaffarjon Erkinjonovich Hakimov

The courses were organized in accordance with Presidential Resolution No. 108 of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The participants fully completed the training program and received certificates based on the results of the final assessment.

This professional development process contributes to ensuring legal clarity in branch operations, increasing the effectiveness of management decisions, and organizing work processes in a more systematic manner.
