Cooperation established with Kokand University

As part of the implementation of the decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, aimed at promoting youth employment, increasing job opportunities and training competitive specialists for the labour market, KAFIL-SUG‘URTA is carrying out consistent efforts in this direction.

At the initiative of the Director of the Fergana Regional Branch, M. Hakimov, and the Manager of the Training Center, Sh. Mamadaliyev, a visit was made to Kokand University. As a result of the meeting, a cooperation memorandum was signed between KAFIL-SUG‘URTA and Kokand University.

The main objective of this memorandum is to refer university graduates to available vacancies within the Company and to train specialists equipped with modern knowledge and practical skills for work in the insurance sector.

Within the framework of cooperation, arrangements are made for student internships, enhancement of their professional qualifications, support for graduate employment, and training of specialists in high demand in the labour market. This initiative aims to promote youth employment, provide them with достойные job opportunities, and attract qualified professionals to the insurance industry.
