“KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” — an initiative supporting students’ professional development

Based on the memorandum signed between “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC and the Tashkent University of Economics and Pedagogy, practical training sessions were organized for university students.

The sessions were conducted by the Director of the Training and Development Center, Mirshod Burkhanovich Jalilov, and the Director of the Tashkent Regional Branch, Nodirbek Ravshanovich Abduakhatov.

During the meeting, students received:
• insights into the development directions of the insurance market and key industry processes;
• opportunities for building a career in the insurance sector;
• an overview of the insurance agent training process and future prospects for young specialists;
• practical examples and recommendations aimed at supporting professional development.

This initiative helped broaden students’ knowledge, strengthen their practical skills, and increase their interest in the insurance field.
