A practical training session for agents was held at “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC!

During November–December, a new training session was organized at the company’s “Training Center” for a group of agents selected through university visits.

The session was conducted under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board — Director of the “Human Resources Department” — Umidjon Mukhammadyusupovich Djanturaev. He explained the company’s service culture, behavioral standards, insurance ethics, and the key duties of agency work.

The training became an important stage in preparing the participants for agency activities, helping them build practical skills, understand market requirements, and choose the right direction in the insurance field.
