Open Dialogue with Youth: Ongoing Visits to Improve Insurance Literacy

“KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” JSC continues its practical efforts to enhance insurance literacy among young people. Throughout November–December, representatives of the “Insurance Services Development” Department, the “Professional Development” Center, the Central Branch, and the “KAFIL-HIMOYA” Branch conducted meetings at several higher education institutions.

- Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies;
- Uzbekistan State University of World Languages – Faculty of Chinese Philology;
- Meetings with students of the National University of Uzbekistan.

During these sessions, open discussions were held with students covering:
- the current state of the insurance market,
- the process of developing and training insurance agents,
- the practical importance of insurance services,
- key company divisions and available job opportunities.

Students were also introduced to the internal workflow of “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” and potential career paths within the insurance sector.

As a result of these visits, a new team of student agents was formed, and training sessions with them continue on a regular basis.

“KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” remains committed to youth-oriented initiatives and continues contributing to the development of a knowledgeable and active generation in the insurance sphere.
