Practical Seminar for Students in Kashkadarya

On November 18, 2025, “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” organized a practical seminar for young people interested in the insurance sector in the Kashkadarya region. The meeting was held with the participation of students from Karshi State Technical University.

➡️ The seminar was attended by the Director of the Training Center, Mr. Mirshod Jalilov, and the Director of the Kashkadarya Regional Branch, Mr. Adham Khalikov, who held an open dialogue with the students.

The seminar covered the following topics:
✅ Practical stages of preparing insurance agents;
✅ Formation of basic skills in agency activities;
✅ Enhancing students’ knowledge and experience through practical sessions;
✅ Formation of a new group of future agents.

📚 During the meeting, young participants received detailed information about current industry requirements, opportunities for skill development, and the practical programs offered by the company.
