In August of this year, the Director of the “Investment and Corporate Relations” Department, Mr. Utkirbek Takhirovich Shakirov, successfully completed a professional development course organized by the “National Center for Training Specialists of New Markets,” based on the requirements of the second qualification stage, and was awarded an official diploma.

The training was conducted under a 330-hour program titled “Securities Market and Corporate Governance in Joint Stock Companies.” Mr. Shakirov defended his final thesis with an “Excellent” grade and successfully passed the final exam.

This course lays a strong foundation for strategic approaches to corporate governance, active participation in the securities market, and effective financial management in joint stock companies.
