In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PQ–108 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 1, 2024, qualification improvement requirements have been introduced for senior management staff of insurance organizations.

As part of these requirements, "KAFIL-SUG‘URTA" company organized professional development courses for its managerial personnel.

The following employees successfully completed the training:

- Ravshanbek Quryazovich Roziboyev – Director of the Insurance Payments Department; O‘tkirbek Tohirovich Shakirov – Director of the Investment and Corporate Relations Department;
- Qahramon G‘ayratovich Tursunov – Manager of the Financial Analysis Department;
- Zufar Safaraliyevich Namazov – Director of the Tashkent City Branch;
- Nodirbek Ravshanovich Abduaxatov – Director of the Tashkent Regional Branch;
- Utkirjon Rozikjonovich Uzakov – Manager of the "Zafar" Branch;
- Avazbek Mahmudaliyevich Mamadaliev – Manager of the "Kafil-Sug‘urta-Poytaxt" Branch.

These participants enhanced their knowledge in insurance-related modern approaches, legal frameworks, management mechanisms, and strategic decision-making.

The management of "KAFIL-SUG‘URTA" sees continuous professional development as a key driver for improving managerial efficiency, advancing client service quality, and fostering the growth of insurance culture.
