An Important Initiative to Enhance Human Capital in the Insurance Sector

With the aim of training knowledgeable and proactive specialists in the insurance sector, on February 4 of the current year, representatives of the Society’s Professional Development Department paid a visit to the Tashkent State University of Economics.

During the visit, an open dialogue was held with students, providing detailed information on practical activities in the insurance market, the role of the agency system, and opportunities to begin a career in this field. In addition, promotional and informational activities were conducted to expand the pool of insurance agents among students.

The meeting also addressed the real needs of the sector and priority areas in personnel training, contributing to the formation of students’ understanding of their future professional careers.
