Responsibilities and Functions:

 - Develops projected insurance premium targets for branches.

 - Analyzes projected performance indicators.

 - Maintains and enhances the KAFIL-ONLINE electronic software system.

 - Submits all reports on the company’s insurance activities to the National Agency for Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics.

 - Prepares data regarding the calculation of insurance reserves and total amounts.

 - Conducts actuarial calculations for the company’s annual financial results.

 - Manages premium refunds (reimbursements) to policyholders for contracts terminated prematurely.

 - Compiles reports based on the implementation of the "Regulation on the Evaluation and Ranking of Regional Branch Performance, Organizing Staff Competitions, and Awarding Winners."

 - Maintains accounting records in accordance with the "Regulation on the Procedure for Financing Branches."

 - Manages reinsurance and co-insurance activities.

 - Registers information regarding the execution of agency agreements with regional branch insurance agents, along with all related documentation, within the electronic software system.

 - Maintains a list of ineligible (disqualified) insurance agents and uploads it to the cloud-based system on the company’s website (www.kafil.uz).

 - Reviews requests from regional branches seeking authorization to conclude insurance contracts that exceed established liability limits (excess-limit contracts) or require adjustments to insurance tariffs, and provides formal responses to such requests.
