"KAFIL-SUGURTA" Joint Stock Company Supervisory Board will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 10, 2024, starting at 11:00 a.m., at the main office of the Company, located at 59, Mustakillik Avenue, Tashkent city.

Agenda of the meeting:

1. Approval of the regulations of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of "KAFIL-SUGURTA" joint-stock company.

2. Determination of the maximum amount of announced shares of "KAFIL-SUGURTA" joint-stock company.

3. Approval of the new version of the Charter of "KAFIL-SUGURTA" joint stock company.

4. Distribution of the net profit of "KAFIL-SUGURTA" joint-stock company in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters at the end of 2024.

5. Approval of the Regulation "On Investment Policy" of "KAFIL-SUGURTA" joint stock company.

According to the decision of the Supervisory Board of "KAFIL-SUG'URTA" JSC on November 18, 2024, the register of shareholders who have the right to participate in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders as of December 3, 2024 and the general meeting In order to inform the shareholders about the transfer, the register of shareholders will be compiled as of November 18, 2024.

Registration of shareholders will continue on December 10, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:00.

Shareholders participate in the general meeting on the basis of an identity document and a written power of attorney, a power of attorney issued on behalf of a legal entity must be notarized in accordance with the procedure established by law, and a power of attorney issued on behalf of an individual must be notarized.
