From July 1 to July 4, 2025, Farhad A. Muminov, Deputy Chairman of the Board — Director of the Insurance Services Development Department, participated in an international seminar held in Japan and further enhanced his professional knowledge and skills.
The seminar, titled "Invitational Life Insurance Seminar: Exclusive Course for the Professionals of Life Insurance Industry in Uzbekistan," was organized by FALIA — the Foundation for the Advancement of Life & Insurance Around the World.
During the event, participants explored international practices in life insurance, its role in social welfare, and its relevance to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3 and SDG 17).

On July 7, 2025, a business meeting was held between the "SARBON" branch and the JSC "Savdoni rivojlantirish kompaniyasi".

The "KAFIL SUG‘URTA GRANT" competition, organized by KAFIL SUG‘URTA for students of Tashkent State University of Economics, has come to a close.
A total of 223 students participated in the contest held over the past two months. Following a highly competitive three-stage selection process, the top 10 most outstanding students were named as the official grant winners.
📆On April 19, representatives of KAFIL SUG‘URTA participated in the Career Day job fair held at Tashkent State University of Economics, aimed at helping students and graduates find employment. For their active participation, they were awarded a Certificate of Appreciation.

On November 16, 2023, KAFIL SUG'URTA Insurance Company, in cooperation with Tashkent State University of Economics, held a scientific-practical conference on the topic: “The Role of Insurance in Sustainable Economic Development: Trends, Challenges, and Solutions.”
On July 4 of this year, a football tournament among journalists was held at the stadium located in the Ohalik mahalla of Samarkand district.

On October 7, 2021, a master class was held at the “KAFIL SUG‘URTA” scientific-practical laboratory at Tashkent State University of Economics.
The session focused on “State Regulation of the Insurance Market and Licensing Requirements for Insurance Companies in Uzbekistan.”
The speaker was Botir Usmonaliev, Head of the Methodology Department at the Insurance Market Development Agency under the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.
Among numerous nominees, KAFIL SUG‘URTA's performance in this field was analyzed and evaluated based on publicly available data.
The Global Banking and Finance Awards were established in 2011 by the UK-registered magazine “Global Banking & Finance Review” to recognize major achievements and developments in the global financial industry.
The journal's audience consists of presidents of international corporations, CEOs and CFOs of large companies, top executives, and influential professionals in the financial sector.
In celebration of the 17th anniversary of “KAFIL SUG‘URTA”, a seminar was held at the “Sahid Zarafshon” hotel in the Bukhara region. The event aimed to promote insurance culture and financial literacy among the public, as well as to expand the reach of insurance protection.
Bukhara is the homeland of seven great Sufi masters of the Naqshbandi order. These eminent representatives of Sufism lived here, played a significant role in the spiritual and social development of the region, and contributed to the flourishing and moral elevation of this sacred city.
The burial sites of these revered Sufi saints — pirs, which are Islamic pilgrimage sites — have been preserved in Bukhara.
On May 21, the KAFIL SUG‘URTA team visited the “Seven Pirs of Bukhara” pilgrimage complex to honor and reflect upon these spiritual figures.

On December 14, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted Resolution No. 780 “On Additional Measures to Improve the Procedure for Providing Electronic Insurance Services.”
On March 29 of this year, a meeting was held to ensure the implementation of the above-mentioned Resolution and to discuss the challenges and possible solutions in the process of introducing the e-Polis system.
The event was attended by the leadership and officials of the Insurance Market Development Agency under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Director of the Insurance Payments Guarantee Fund, the Head of the Uzbekistan Insurers Association, and representatives of insurance companies.
The meeting focused on the introduction of the electronic policy system for the Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners.

On June 10, 2020, “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA” and Tashkent State University of Economics signed a memorandum on mutual cooperation.
The agreement is aimed at implementing the Presidential Decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 2, 2019, “On measures for reforming and accelerating the development of the insurance market of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and “On measures to further expand the involvement of sectors and industries in improving the quality of higher education."

In June 2025, the Director of the Financial Analysis Department, Usmanov Azizbek Albek ogli, successfully completed a professional development course organized by the National Agency for Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan (NAPP).
The course was dedicated to the topic “Formation of insurance reserves in insurance organizations and assessment of their efficiency”, covering practical knowledge on ensuring financial stability, conducting calculations based on international standards, and effectively managing insurance reserves.

On April 14, 2022, Umid Djanturaev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of “KAFIL-SUG‘URTA”, conducted a masterclass for students of Tashkent State University of Economics.

As part of the memorandum between Kafil-Sug‘urta JSC and UzSWLU, around 100 youth completed training and received certificates, starting their journey as insurance agents.
From January 1 to March 31, 2022, significant changes occurred at KAFIL-SUG‘URTA. On February 24, the company officially became a joint-stock company. During this period, it actively participated in universities, conducting training and retraining courses for students. Certificates were awarded to successful graduates.
On February 10, 2023, a meeting was held at Bekabad city administration with active entrepreneurs and budget organizations. Representatives of the administration and deputy chairmen of “KAFIL SUG`URTA” participated. Topics included consumer rights protection and the importance of mandatory insurance.

On February 14, 2024, at the invitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy, specialists from "Kafil sug’urta" JSC held a master class for first-year cadets on the topic "Insurance and its role in the activities of internal affairs bodies."
