On September 19, 2023, a memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between "KAFIL SUG`URTA" Joint-Stock Company and "Alfa Invest" Joint-Stock Company.

The signing ceremony of the memorandum was attended by the Chairman of the Board of "KAFIL SUG`URTA" Joint-Stock Company, Mr. Furkat Azamzhanovich Artikov, the Deputy Chairman of the Board, Mr. Umid Muhammad Yusupovich Janturaev, the CEO of "Alfa Invest" Joint-Stock Company, Ms. Inessa Yuryevna Akhmetova, the Deputy CEO, Mr. Abdullatif Abdugapurovich Khusanov, and representatives from both companies.

The main goal of signing the memorandum is to further enhance the quality of insurance services provided to clients through the exchange of expertise between employees of two major insurance companies that have their presence in the insurance market of Uzbekistan. This includes the enhancement of employees' professional qualifications and the strengthening of partnership relations aimed at improving operational efficiency.
